Stuttgart city is an environmental zone. Only vehicles displaying a green sticker are permitted within this zone.

Messe Stuttgart is outside the city precincts.

Therefore you do not need an environmental sticker when you visit a trade fair or conference. If you plan to visit the city afterwards or stay in the city overnight, you will require an emissions sticker for your vehicle.

The emissions sticker can be ordered directly from the German TÜV.
