In 1926, the family-owned company from Schermbeck in North Rhine-Westphalia began producing roof tiles. Since then, in addition to a wide range of different clay and concrete, colors, and finishes, five production sites (Gartrop, Dieburg, Unsleben, Schönerlinde, and Groß-Ammensleben) have been added.
Roofs for the Future
Besides clay and concrete roof tiles, Nelskamp's product range includes the entire spectrum of photovoltaic systems: on-roof PV systems, in-roof PV, and the pioneering Building Integrated PV (BIPV solar tiles), where the photovoltaic elements form a complete roof covering. Nelskamp solar tiles are already available for ten different models and various formats for optimal use of roof space. Red solar tiles are the latest innovation, harmonizing technology, tradition, and aesthetics with the demands of the 21st century, even for red roofs, including those on heritage protected buildings.
