The next DACH+HOLZ International will take place in Cologne from February 24 to 27, 2026. The "Become the face of DACH+HOLZ International" competition is now entering its third round: we are looking for two new faces to represent the leading trade fair - on posters, in social media channels, in videos, trade media and on the Internet, and as guests of honor at the 2026 trade fair in Cologne. Whether apprentice, journeyman, employee or master craftsman, man or woman - anyone who works as a carpenter or roofer or is in training can apply. An expert jury, consisting of representatives from the Central Association of the German Roofing Trade, Holzbau Deutschland and GHM Gesellschaft für Handwerksmessen mbH, will select the faces of DACH+HOLZ International 2026 by the end of July 2024. After the final selection of candidates, a photo shoot will be held in August 2024.
"It was a fantastic experience to be the face of DACH+HOLZ International 2024. I had an incredible amount of fun getting to know all the different people in Stuttgart. Many new contacts were made - even across the different trades," reports master plumber Jennifer Konsek. "I recommend that my successors remain authentic. They should definitely pass on their passion for the carpentry and roofing trade to the outside world. My message? Don't hesitate and show how passionate you are about the trade!"
