Contec.proof – Prefabricated Rubber Waterproofing for Flat Roofs

Contec.proof rubber waterproofing is suitable for use on flat roofs of various geometries and sizes. It can also be applied to façades or interior areas.

The waterproofing systems are individually planned for each project, precisely prefabricated, and delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Optional accessories such as collars, drainage elements, and additional components can be supplied upon request.

The membrane is mechanically fastened using Contec.fix or Contec.fix SFS isoweld® fastening systems.

Advantages: Digitalized planning, prefabrication, very fast installation.

Contec.fior – Green Roof Systems

Extensive Green Roof

Hardy plants and herbs for a low-maintenance and undemanding green surface.

Intensive Green Roof

Roof garden with trees and shrubs up to 2 meters in height. The flat roof can be used as a roof garden or as additional living space with high ecological value.

Contec.retention – Retention System for Roof Areas

Contec.retention is a modular system designed for the temporary storage of rainwater on flat roofs. It consists of retention boxes with an integrated flow control system that enables regulated discharge of the retained water. The objective is to comply with specified discharge rates in accordance with water management regulations.

Suitable for extensive and intensive green roofs or EnergyGreenRoofs with defined discharge requirements.

Contec.greenlight – Combination of Photovoltaics, Green Roof and Water Retention

The Contec.greenlight system integrates photovoltaic modules, extensive green roofing, and water retention functions into a comprehensive concept for the multifunctional use of flat roof areas.

System features:

• Penetration-free installation with structural ballast provided by the green roof
