Fibreblow® Plate for wood fibre and other loose insulation materials
The Fibreblow® Premium Plate is a top-quality insulation blow-in panel specially developed for loose insulation materials (e.g. wood fibes). When using an overhead crane, positioning lasers ensure that the plate is placed exactly where it is needed.
In combination with the Feeder Lift or Feeder Drop, it allows the optimally prepared fibres to be blown into the cavities of roofs, walls and ceilings homogeneously, without settling and at maximum speed. Thanks to the patented nozzle design, mound formation is virtually impossible.
For optimum corner filling and to increase settlement resistance, the nozzle distances to the lower and upper edges are adjustable. Among other things, the software ensures seamless integration into existing manufacturing processes and short set-up times when changing insulation materials.
