We are delighted to present our latest innovation at Dach & Holz. We have completely redesigned our LEVEL in-roof system and aptly named the new version LEVEL Up. Thanks to technical improvements, LEVEL Up sets a new standard in the field of integrated photovoltaics.
The LEVEL Up system impresses with even easier installation, more power per square meter, and practical accessories. In 2025, the award-winning HORTUS in Allschwil (CH) was already realized with LEVEL Up mounting components. The office building, developed by Herzog & de Meuron and ZPF Ingenieure, combines energy-efficient architecture with innovative solar technology from Megasol Energie AG. We produced a total of 3,632 special modules, 1,476 for the facade and 2,156 for the roof, entirely at our headquarters in Switzerland.
Over 5,000 m² of solar modules were integrated into the building. With an annual production of 800,000 kWh, the modules amortize their gray energy in less than a year and make the entire building energy-positive in just one generation.
