Optimised hip and valley clips 512 + 513

At the display stand, the application is demonstrated in a practical way: cut roof tiles are securely fixed without drilling – both at the hip and in the valley. This makes it immediately clear how the clips engage and why they provide reliable holding power even under difficult conditions.

512 – Hip and valley clip with screw fixing
The 512 hip and valley clip is designed for particularly stable, screw-fixed installation at hips and valleys. Four collars and two claws ensure a secure hold – even on uneven roof tiles or tiles with embossed backs. The flexible perforated stainless-steel strip is fixed directly to the hip or valley batten using the integrated screw. Drilling through cut roof tiles is no longer necessary, installation times are reduced and the underlay remains undamaged.

513 – Hip and valley clip with fixing wire
The 513 hip and valley clip offers the same secure clamping technology but is fixed using a wire. With beaver tail tiles, it reliably takes over the function of the cut-off nib. Here too, drilling through the tiles is unnecessary, saving time and simplifying installation.

Two clips, many applications
Both clips cover the entire clamping range from 7 to 22 mm with variant 100. They can be used universally as installation aids at junctions and terminations. Manufactured in Germany from corrosion-resistant stainless steel 1.4310, they stand for durability, flexibility and compliant installation. The small packaging units are particularly suitable for repair and maintenance work.
