ROBOT-Max: the universal powerhouse
Maximum performance, versatility and flexibility - this is the promise of the ROBOT-Max joinery machine in the new Hundegger design language.
The innovative machine concept with the 6-axis ROBOT unit offers timber construction companies almost unlimited processing options for both beam and panel processing.
For example, all work steps required on the component can be carried out in a single pass and without turning the component. And the machined components shine with maximum precision without any damage - with a flawless surface finish.
For maximum performance, the ROBOT-Max is also equipped with a 5-axis saw slot marking unit. It can be upgraded with further options on request.
From the smallest component size of 20 x 60 mm to the largest format of 610 x 1300 mm, there is only one motto for the processing speed of the ROBOT-Max: Full power!
The ROBOT-Max
ROBOT-Max 1300 - from 20 x 60 to 610 x 1,300 mm - for all requirements up to the joinery of glulam beams and cross laminated timber
THE HIGHLIGHTS OF THE ROBOT-Max
Anyone looking for maximum flexibility and top performance for their production today will be delighted with the Hundegger ROBOT-Max.
With the 6-axis ROBOT unit, it enables the machining of all 6 component sides with up to 32 freely selectable tools in a single pass. - And all without turning the component.
The ROBOT unit shines with an output of 29 kW and an infinitely variable speed range from 0 to 15,000 rpm.
Whether longitudinal side machining or end milling and drilling - all processes are carried out with impressive speed.
Added value de luxe.
With a drive power of 13 KW, the 5-axis saw/slot marking unit working from above noticeably increases the throughput of the ROBOT-Max. This is because the two units harmonize perfectly. While the saw carries out the processing, the next required processing tool is usually pre-positioned on the robotic unit in parallel.
ADVANTAGES:
- Individually adaptable to the respective tasks
- With 5-axis saw slot marking device to increase throughput capacity
- Wood cross-sections from 20 x 60 to 610 x 1,300 mm
- 6-axis technology = processing of 6 component sides in one pass
- 6-axis technology = use of up to 32 different tools
- 6-axis technology = previously unknown processing options
