Solid wood handling - safe and cost-optimized
Handling of solid wood planks from the saw to installation on the construction site. Due to the current price development and the limited availability of solid wood, the traders and solid wood processors are almost forced to reorganize their stockpiling and handling.
The greatest possible cost optimization in storage and processing and quick access to all formats must be guaranteed. Power-intensive stacking processes, which are often carried out manually and by several people, can be done efficiently and by just one operator using simple lifting devices.
These lifting devices are assembled on a modular basis, load capacities from 100 kg to 3000 kg and lengths of up to 20 m are available and some are available from stock.
Appropriate solutions are also available for waste wood and cracked planks. Lifters with heated suction pads are also available for outdoor use.
With the new generation of universal vacuum lifters, solid contruction wood and glulam parts can be handled very easily. In combination with a sliding crane system or a slewing crane, workplaces are ergonomically optimized and the strain on employees is reduced.
All our lifting devices are developed and built in-house in Linz.
