❓Do you manufacture prefabricated timber walls and need to attach and assemble them at four lifting points? Then we have the ideal solution for you! Flexibel and easy to handle.
Transport anchors for timber components have low load-bearing capacities and may only be attached at an angle to a limited extent. When transporting and assembling the walls, it must therefore be ensured that all four anchors are loaded evenly.
💡 The solution consists of an aluminium spreader bar, two pulleys and two wire ropes.
🛞The sling rope with hooks on both sides, which is mounted on the pulleys, ensures that all four anchors are load-bearing and are always loaded equally.
The spreader beam is adjustable in length from 2.5 to 4.5 m, allowing it to respond flexibly to different transport anchor distances.
It has a load capacity of 5 t and weighs only 28 kg. This makes it easy to handle on the construction site and transport, and does not restrict the load capacity of the assembly crane.
Other lengths up to 12.4 m and load capacities up to 50 t are available for the spreader beams.
