Stable. Efficient. TÜV-certified.

Our rooftop module mount delivers on its promises. And now it has improved load-bearing capacity 💪 Up to 12% more load capacity. Up to 12% fewer module holders. This means less effort, lower costs and installation that simply works.

Solar energy, which is currently being highlighted to us in a particularly compelling way, is, alongside water and wind, a sustainable, safe, and inexhaustible energy source. Therefore, the secure installation of solar thermal and photovoltaic systems on our roofs is becoming an increasingly important issue. However, installing a PV system is a major intervention in an existing and functioning roof. Damage caused by improper installation is commonplace. The insidious aspect is that many damages are only noticed very late – the repair and subsequent costs can be enormous.

Our rooftop module mounting system offers an excellent way to install solar and PV systems simply and safely on roofs. These products, manufactured entirely in Bavaria, minimize the risk of future damage – why?

Precisely matching metal base plates are available for over 80 different roof tile models. This means that, under normal circumstances, no roof tiles or concrete roof tiles need to be modified or cut, thus remaining undamaged. The risk of hairline cracks is eliminated.

Using the accompanying batten rail, the on-roof module bracket is always attached within the rafter area – regardless of the rafter layout. Without any leverage, a common problem with many conventional roof hooks, the load is transferred vertically into the supporting roof structure. No roof tiles are subjected to stress.

This results in exceptional load-bearing capacity with respect to wind suction, shear, and the load from above caused by ice and snow. A standard-compliant mounting system can therefore be calculated and dimensioned for any building in any region. Corrosion is not a concern – all components are hot-dip galvanized and powder-coated with a polyester resin base.

Two different connection options, variants for low-pitched bitumen/membrane roofs, and corresponding cable penetrations complete the product range.
