Last year, NatureGreen Germany supplied supermarket chain REWE with a green roof measuring 4,300 m². As the supplier, we accompanied the project from planning to completion, working closely with the architect, the customer, and our installation partner:

With a water storage capacity of 35 l/m², our classic green roof system does not only support the urban development concept of the sponge city by retaining rainwater and gradually releasing it into the sewer system; it also contributes to a greener urban environment and creates a more pleasant urban climate. 🏙️💚
But that's not it: The central part of the roof area was reserved for the installation of a photovoltaic system, allowing the supermarket to also benefit from sustainable solar energy. ☀️🌿
