A current example can be found in the city center of Vechta, where XWORKS is constructing two high-quality, ecological multi-family buildings in just three weeks—an impressive demonstration of the potential of modern timber construction.
One of the most suitable technologies for such projects is cross-laminated timber (CLT). Thanks to its low weight and high load-bearing capacity, it is ideal for rooftop additions, extensions, or complete new buildings in dense urban environments.
