from 01.06.2023 Stand space allocation starts: register in time so that we can consider you from the beginning.
from October 2023 You will receive your stand allocation with hall plan in your Exhibitor Portal
from December 2023 Go to the Exhibitor Checklist in your Exhibitor Portal
(= new online ordering system

There you will find:

► Link to your order forms for technical services
► Your marketing services (advertising material for your visitor marketing)
► Vouchers for inviting your customers
► Your offers of advertising spaces on the trade show ground and exclusive promotional offers
  DACH+HOLZ International EXHIBITOR DIRECTORY - access data to your exhibitor area in the digital exhibitor list
  Actively shape your presence in the official media and book your additional packages in good time. Your entry is not automatic.

February 2024 In your Exhibitor Checklist there you will find:
►Traffic guide with detailed information on access and traffic regulations before, during and after the trade show
  You will find important information on traffic, travel and organisational matters in your Exhibitor Checklist shortly before the trade show begins
  Download your exhibitor passes via your Exhibitor Checklist provided upon full payment of invoice
