T-FAST Plus: Next-generation wood screws
With the T-FAST Plus, EJOT introduces a new wood screw featuring an innovative, distinctive screw tip that delivers an exceptional installation experience. Fast tip grip, easy screw control, and significantly reduced wood splitting ensure safe and efficient work—both in the workshop and on site. At Dach+Holz, visitors will have the opportunity to test the new wood screw for themselves.

The new T-FAST Plus is versatile and can be used for connecting and fastening components made of timber and timber-based materials, as well as steel components to timber and timber-based materials, in both load-bearing and non-load-bearing applications.

Fastening systems for rainscreen facades (VHF)
Also new are the LT-TD System and the Pearlock system for rainscreen facades (RVF).

The LT-TD system for visible fastening of facade panels was developed specifically for demanding facade claddings such as fibre cement panels. A special stop collar on the screw shaft ensures precise setting depth while also guaranteeing perpendicular alignment of the screw. This helps prevent cracking and chipping of the cladding, particularly in corner and edge areas. In addition, the system’s centring grommets feature special feet in the lower area that create a 3 mm air gap between the cladding and the substructure. This reduces thermal bridging and ensures uniform drying of weather-related moisture in the panels, thereby preventing light markings on the panel surface.

With Pearlock, EJOT presents the first system for concealed fastening of aluminium composite panels in rainscreen facades. It consists of a special screw, a plastic moulded component for creating fixed and sliding points, and innovative folded facade panels made of aluminium composite material. The system uses a keyhole geometry similar to that found in picture frames. After installing the fastener and plastic component, the facade panels can be easily and precisely hooked into place thanks to an integrated, conically tapered locating aid—resulting in a uniform, harmonious facade surface with no visible fastening points.

Comprehensive range of anchoring technology
In addition to the product innovations, EJOT will showcase a selection from its broad anchoring technology portfolio, including concrete screws and bolt anchors with a particular focus on timber construction applications. Here too, visitors will have the opportunity to test the products live on site.
