Optimized workflows for precise bending

Efficiency Meets Versatility: At Dach+Holz in Cologne, the MAKU from Schröder Group demonstrates how faster workflows, increased folding efficiency, precise conical bending, and new clamping beam options make producing complex workpieces easier.

Hans Schröder Maschinenbau GmbH
82405 Wessobrunn-Forst, Germany

As the most versatile machine at the exhibition, the Schröder Group presents the MAKU, a motorized folding machine designed for roofers and sheet-metal workers. With the conical bending option, it is ideal for all applications where precision and repeat accuracy are critical. It impressively shows how modern control technology can make traditional craftsmanship more efficient and accurate.

In its latest version, the MAKU has been technically enhanced: a new solution at the machine’s bending line, presented for the first time at Dach+Holz in Cologne, enables significantly faster workflows and increases bending efficiency. In addition, a new clamping beam option allows the use of goat's foot tools – perfect for producing boxes and other complex workpieces.

The MAKU thus remains the proven solution for plumbing and repair workshops, available in versions 2500×2.0 and 3200×1.5, featuring conical bending and step-bending functions, and controllable via ClassicBend or POS2000 Professional.
