James Hardie Europe GmbH was established through the acquisition of the former Fermacell GmbH in 2018. Its product portfolio includes not only Hardie® Plank and Hardie® Panel fiber cement façade cladding, but also fermacell® gypsum fibre boards and fermacell® flooring elements for premium dry lining and timber construction. This enables James Hardie Europe GmbH to offer complete wall systems for both dry and timber construction. The portfolio is further complemented by the cement-bonded lightweight concrete board Powerpanel® H2O, reinforced with glass fibre mesh, designed for high-demand interior applications and areas subject to mechanical stress.
