EZ360: New sizes – new possibilities
The innovative EZ360 one-handed clamp series from BESSEY has grown further: in addition to the 80 mm throat depth version, two new sizes are now available – size S with 40 mm and size M with 60 mm throat depth. This means there are now a total of seven models to choose from.
The EZ360 one-handed clamp series covers clamping ranges from 110 to 600 mm, spreading widths from 104 to 765 mm and clamping forces from 40 to 140 kg.
What makes these clamps so special? Their unique ergonomics and impressive flexibility for one-handed clamping and spreading work. The handle unit, which can be rotated around the rail, can be securely fixed in place thanks to a 12-step ratchet mechanism. This allows the ideal pumping position to be selected before clamping and the handle to be conveniently swivelled out of the working area after fixing. The EZ360 is also versatile when it comes to spreading, as the upper section can be repositioned without the use of tools (except for size S).
The swivelling handle ensures comfortable working even in confined spaces. A separate release lever allows the sliding arm to be moved quickly and the clamp to be released easily. The long protective caps sit firmly in place, distribute the pressure evenly and protect delicate surfaces.
The EZ360 series also impresses in terms of durability: the upper and lower sections are made of fibreglass-reinforced polyamide, and the rail is made of bronzed steel. The handle mechanism is securely housed in a plastic casing, providing reliable protection against dust and chips
