Load-bearing roof access hatches for flat roofs
Etanco manufactures and installs in your service non-penetrating roof access hatches for crossing pipes, ventilation shafts, joints and other obstacles on the roof.
The aluminium roof crossing complies with legal requirements and has been tested in accordance with DIN EN 14122-2. It can be installed very quickly on the roof and is delivered as a complete pre-assembled kit. When installed with ballast, the roof remains watertight without any roof penetrations. The product is ideal for safely crossing fire walls, parapets, pipes, smaller structures and expansion joints. The ETANCO® roof access ladder can be easily moved for waterproofing maintenance. It can also be permanently attached to a concrete slab using appropriately dimensioned aluminium supports.
Special designs can be manufactured on request: Based on our roof access ladders, we manufacture special constructions consisting of platforms and stairs for shed roofs and other applications. We are happy to advise you on your project.
