Newcomers and their innovations: Start-up Area at DACH+HOLZ International 2022

With examples including an inflatable portaloo for the construction site, a clever cutting tool for flat roofs, a miracle assembly machine and a green roof system: DACH+HOLZ International will be presenting newcomers and their innovations in the Start-up Area (Hall 6) from 5 to 8 July 2022. What’s new this year is that the start-ups will each be given time for a short pitch in which to inspire their audience with their product. Whichever one impresses the expert panel of judges the most will win an award at the trade fair.

Thumbs up for DACH+HOLZ International: at long last the industry can meet up again face-to-face. The specialist trade fair for roofers, carpenters and plumbers will start on 5 July and host an exceptional programme over four days.

Accreditation

Please make sure to use the possibility of online pre-accreditation in our ticket portal

Media representatives can obtain accreditation during the fair from 8:30 am onwards on site at our Press Helpdesk at Entrance North on presentation of the following documents (access to the halls from 9:00 am):

Valid press card and
the imprint of the publication (editorial staff member) or
a current article marked with name

Press tickets do not include free use of public transport.

Press Centre

The press centre north is located in the north entrance (near hall 8), 1st floor, Deutz-Mülheimer-Strasse 111, 50679 Cologne. It is the meeting point for all journalists during the fair.

To support your work, the press centre offers following services:

cloakroom and lockers
WIFI internet access
coordination of interview requests

Opening times: 08:30 a.m. to 06:00 p.m.

Press parking

Free parking spaces are available for the press in car parks P 21 and P 20 A near the North Entrance. A valid press pass entitles you to use the parking spaces. Please follow the traffic guidance system at the Cologne Exhibition Centre.
