NORIT-TE 25 Therm GF 150-16: Dry screed underfloor heating with minimal build-up height and maximum performance

The NORIT-TE 25 Therm GF 150-16 combines a build-up height of just 28 mm with high load-bearing capacity and straightforward installation. The 25 mm gypsum fibre board features integrated pipe channels for 16 mm heating pipes, covered with approx. 3 mm of casting compound, meaning no additional board layer is required.

Thanks to the integrated load distribution layer with tongue-and-groove connection, the system is precise, stable and robust. Point loads of up to 4 kN can be achieved with just 10 mm of thermal insulation. The system can be installed flexibly, either floating on insulation or on levelling compound, without the need for additional board layers or full-surface bonding.

The pipe channels are perfectly matched to 16 mm heating pipes; flexible pipes are also available as an option, and using your own pipework is equally possible. Even large-format tiles or natural stone slabs can be laid directly on top, including formats exceeding 800 × 800 mm.

The system is ideal for new-build and refurbishment projects with limited build-up height in residential and commercial construction, as well as applications with higher requirements for load-bearing capacity, acoustic or fire protection (e.g. F30/F60/F90 depending on certification). With readiness for covering after just 3–4 days, it ensures a fast and predictable construction process.
