Building system multi-story residential buildings
With the Murray Grove project in London, KLH Massivholz GmbH laid the foundation for multi-storey residential construction using solid wood. Almost 15 years later, high-rise buildings are being built using KLH® - CLT.

Building with a system is a key success factor, especially in timber construction, in order to realize and successfully operate projects with long-term value retention. Our more than 20 years of experience in various countries has led us to focus in particular on 6- to 8-storey residential buildings in solid timber construction.
Our newly published "Building System" brochure is based on economically viable, functional and flexible design solutions. The aim is to create a system basis for architects, planners and construction engineers, which can be further developed individually and according to project requirements.
The brochure shows a static concept for the basic variant, a fire protection concept based on the OIB guidelines, an example of planning the building services as well as tested sound insulation solutions for KLH® - CLT and a detailed catalog with the most important interfaces.
