SORIWA GmbH was founded in 2023 by two experienced industry experts, Michael Sommer and Andreas Ridder. With over 30 years of experience on the manufacturing and trading side of the wood and building materials industry, our goal is to revolutionise drywall construction with innovative, sustainable solutions. Our response to the growing demand for carbon-neutral building materials is to develop future-oriented, resource-saving products that actively promote the transition to more sustainable construction methods. 

As a first step, we have developed multi-layer fibre profiles made from recycled cellulose, which are not only more sustainable than conventional steel products, but also offer functional advantages. However, our vision goes further: we are striving for a ‘green wall’ in drywall construction that consists of sustainable materials for all components of a drywall construction, thus contributing to circular construction. We focus on resource-saving solutions that define a new standard for environmentally friendly construction and shape the future of drywall construction in a sustainable way.
